Remote desktop for Windows

Your PC, from anywhere.
Simple as a Desk ID.

DODESK is a remote access app in the spirit of AnyDesk: one program is both host and guest. Share an ID, wait for Allow, then see the screen, use the mouse, send files, and talk.

Connected in four steps

No account maze. Install on both PCs, copy the Desk ID, and the host stays in control.

1

Install DODESK

Same Windows app on your PC and the remote PC. It comes online by itself — no Go online button.

2

Share your Desk ID

Every PC gets a unique ID on the Overview screen. Copy it and send it to the person who should connect.

3

Host taps Allow

A request pops up on the host. Allow, Decline, or let them in with an optional unattended password.

4

Work on that desktop

The guest sees the host screen full size. Mouse, keyboard, files, clipboard, voice, and fullscreen are ready.

Built for real remote sessions

Everything you need to help someone, grab a file, or sit at your own PC from another desk.

Incoming connection Allow and Decline
Access control

Nobody gets in until the host says yes

Connect is a request, not a silent takeover. The host sees who is calling and can Allow or Decline.

  • Optional unattended password if you are not at the PC
  • One guest per host at a time
  • Disconnect from the app, a desktop button, or the tray

Picture and control

Adaptive quality, like streaming video

Auto lowers resolution and FPS when the network is slow, then climbs again when it is clear. Lock Low through Ultra if you prefer.

  • Fullscreen with F11 — host keyboard is never blocked
  • If the host uses the mouse, the guest sees Mouse disabled
  • Host window minimizes after Allow so it is not in the way
File transfer progress during a session
Files, clipboard, voice

Send work, not just mouse clicks

Drag-and-drop or Send file from guest to host. Host clipboard files go the other way. Text clipboard syncs both directions.

  • Voice call after the host Allows — End voice anytime
  • Progress on both sides for large copies
  • Light and dark themes, username, Start with Windows

All the session tools

Host and guest live in one DODESK window. Switch from waiting for a connection to controlling a remote desk without another installer.

ID

Desk ID

Copy your ID from Overview. The other PC pastes it and hits Connect.

OK

Allow / Decline

Incoming requests show the guest name. You decide before the screen is shared.

↻

Auto quality

YouTube-style Auto, or pin Low, Fair, Medium, High, Ultra.

▣

Fullscreen

Fill the guest monitor. Exit fullscreen or close the session from the toolbar.

⇄

Clipboard

Copy text on one PC, paste on the other. File lists on the clipboard transfer too.

♫

Voice

Guest requests a call; host Allows. Talk over the same session without a second app.

Screenshots

The same Windows app you install: dashboard, approval, remote view, settings, and file copy.

The host stays in charge

DODESK is built so a remote session is invited, visible, and easy to drop.

Approval first

A guest waits until you Allow. Password is optional, never required to use the app.

Always a way out

Disconnect on the main screen, a small on-desktop button, and the system tray.

You can still use the PC

Host keyboard is not blocked. If you grab the mouse, guest input pauses and they see Mouse disabled.

Voice is opt-in

Microphone starts only after the host Allows a voice request — same idea as screen access.

Get DODESK for Windows

Install the same build on both computers. The host comes online automatically; the guest connects with the Desk ID.

Windows 10 / 11

64-bit app. Run DODESK on the PC you want to control and the PC you are sitting at.
